Mapp Cloud Marketing Platform Now Introduces Direct Mail Integration

Mapp, a global provider of insight-led customer experience, has expanded the marketing network Mapp Cloud by incorporating direct mail for targeted print campaigns into its cross-channel service.

Mapp's Spring Product Update introduces 15 new features for their cross-channel marketing module, Mapp Engage, and customer analytics module, Mapp Intelligence. Marketers will now incorporate direct mail in all popular formats into their marketing mix by using Mapp Cloud. Furthermore, modern data feeds permit the automated import and simultaneous transformation of data from external sources, allowing them to be used for personalization and automation in campaigns.

Forecasts for the future development of critical KPIs can now be generated thanks to artificial intelligence. This encourages advertisers to fine-tune their strategies if their objectives aren't fulfilled.

Direct mail successfully leverages touchpoints in the customer journey by connecting online and offline marketing activities.
