Impartner Announce Launch of Rewards Management in PRM

On February 23, 2023, Impartner, a leading Partner Relationship Management (PRM) solutions provider, introduced Rewards Management in their PRM platform. This new feature enables channel leaders to boost partner loyalty and profitability by offering rewards and incentives to their partners. Impartner's PRM solution is widely recognized as the world's most comprehensive, highly rated, and award-winning platform.

The Rewards Management feature provided by Impartner enables channel programs to streamline their rewards programs, reducing sales friction and encouraging partners to prioritize the company's products over those of competitors. With this new SaaS feature, tracking progress toward rewards is automated, and partners are incentivized to engage in key sales behaviors such as deal registration and journey completion. In addition, a dashboard displays an overview of progress towards these objectives, allowing partners to monitor their advancement in a single view.

Through the Rewards Management feature, companies can offer partners visibility into the rewards they are eligible to receive, the associated rules and requirements, their earned tips, and payment schedules. If a partner feels entitled to a reward, they can submit a claim through the system, which will be reviewed and approved if deemed appropriate.

Some features of Rewards Management:

  • Define the rules and requirements for reward calculation
  • The Dashboard displays actions, earned or claimed prizes, and the status of approval
  • Automate point or cash rewards for Deals, Trips, Training, MDF, and more
  • Approval Workflows help verify made and claimed incentives before redemption
  • Synchronize incentives data with CRM or other external systems to facilitate fulfillment
