Merkle to Host Personalization Webinar with Adobe

Merkle (merkleinc.com), a leading technology-enabled, data-driven performance marketing agency, announced that it will host a webinar titled The "Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How" of Personalization. The event will take place Thursday, April 21, at 12:00 p.m. ET and will feature Mohammad Gaber, head of global industry strategy and marketing, Adobe, and Zimm Zimmermann, vice president of personalization, Merkle, as the speakers."Personalization is the process by which marketing delivers personalized experiences (to consumers and prospects) so as to engage and guide each individual through a set of predefined interactions and conversions," said Zimmermann. "Delivering those personalized experiences means having relevant, seamless interactions with a consumer across an omni-channel ecosystem, with the ultimate goal of providing an incremental benefit to the company." With that in mind, for a company to develop a personalization program, they will need to focus on the management and delivery of personalized experiences by understand and managing the "who, what, when, where, why, and how" of personalization.
