What is a Channel Partner Agreement?

A channel partner agreement - so with any relationship, you need to have some kind of agreement or contract that outlines the conditions on how people interact with a company. A channel partner agreement can do anything from outline a territory a partner would cover to the potential commissions that they would earn. But essentially it gives the channel partner, and the organization, some rules of engagement on how that partner would bring that product, service or technology to the end-user.
