Rachita seeks to create a merit-based culture that rewards integrity, persistence, and achievement. In 2020, she was awarded the ‘Most Promising Woman in IT‘ Award by Aatm Nirbhar Women’s Association Trust and Indian Achiever's Award for 'Young Entrepreneur' in recognition of inspiring social contributions.
