The announcement of the partner program follows on the heels of Conversica's tremendous growth in its worldwide partnership ecosystem. The new partner program is split into three categories to assist businesses in utilizing the potential of conversational AI by offering new industry capabilities and competitive advantages through added integrations, resources, and geography to drive innovative thinking with value-add services in Conversica's and its partners' portfolios.

The Agent Program allows consultancies, agencies, and service providers to resell and service Conversica, increasing their service offerings and income. The Ambassador Program lets systems integrators and independent software suppliers use Conversica to create tailored solutions for their clients. Finally, the Advocate Program allows partners to use Conversica's Revenue Digital AssistantsTM to interact, nurture, and revive prospects throughout the customer lifecycle.
