Travel Addendum for Premium Marketing Packages

All CDK Business Optimization Consulting travel related expenses ARE NOT included in this agreement. All CDK travel related expenses will be billed separately and they are not available to bill against IMR or any other type of funding. All CDK travel related expenses are the responsibility of the dealership and must be paid according to the terms and conditions in the Master Services Agreement and/or Schedule of Services or per the terms outlined on the invoice for travel. Subsequent visits will not be scheduled until all outstanding travel related invoices are paid in full. All CDK consultants must adhere to a strict travel policy that protects our clients. All travel should be booked as far in advance as possible to allow for potential discounted airfare. CDK’s travel policy addresses hotels, rental cars, per-diems (meals), parking and incidentals. All consultants will only submit travel related expenses that fall within these strict guidelines.
