Facebook’s New “Studio” App Reveals Renewed Creator-Centric Focus

Facebook is trying to dip its fingers into as many pots as possible, and this has made it so that the social media platform needs to cover a lot of bases in order to handle the enormous amounts of competition it is facing in the fields that it is tackling for the purposes of creating a monopoly that pretty much spans the entire internet all in all. One of its most visible wars has been against YouTube, with Facebook trying to position itself as a medium for video consumption as well which it has actually managed to do pretty successfully so far.
However, Facebook hasn’t really beaten YouTube at its own game quite yet. While it has definitely become a hub for watching video content, it hasn’t really succeeded in attracting the most valuable asset any platform can have in this industry: creators. It has attracted some well known creators but for the most part YouTube is still the place to be if you make content and want to try and share that content with the world in a way that would make it easier for you to keep your business and enterprise going.
