Kroll | October 20, 2023

Kroll, the leading independent provider of global risk and financial advisory solutions, expands its Cyber Partner Program to include a specialization for managed service providers (MSPs). This expansion gives accelerated momentum to the channel program, which launched at the end of February 2023 and offers lifetime returns to partners on Kroll’s extensive suite of cybersecurity solutions. This launch solidifies Kroll’s commitment to the channel and brings Kroll’s end-to-end cybersecurity expertise and technology, which includes managed detection and response (MDR), threat detection, threat hunting and incident response, to more customers. We are delighted to be able to provide a bespoke offering for our MSP partners, as they have demonstrated the ability to provide specialized outsourced IT and network support services. We recognize that an MSP will have a level of capability and internal infrastructure to manage, maintain and provide proactive support to its clients. Partnering with Kroll allows the MSP to add security services and, in particular, our industry-recognized MDR platform, to enhance its portfolio supporting its clients with a relatively low cost to entry.” As a recognized global incident response provider, handling more than 3,000 incidents per year and with more than 650 experts across 19 countries, Kroll’s MSP specialization represents a unique opportunity for partners to tap into an ongoing revenue stream, with tech-agnostic solutions which enable their clients to be more resilient. The Kroll MSP specialization is a volume reward model based on endpoint commitment and attainment. MSPs will have an active IT managed services infrastructure, which includes a call ticketing system and local implementation resources, as well as a 24X7 operational support team.
