RateGain Travel Technologies has announced that it is acquiring Adara through an asset purchase agreement. Adara is one of the top companies in the world when it comes to predicting consumer behavior. It is based in Silicon Valley. With the acquisition, RateGain Travel Technologies will gain access to Adara’s advanced predictive technology and capabilities, which have been developed over more than a decade.
The acquisition will allow RateGain to enhance its AI-powered Data as a Service and Martech offerings to create the world's most comprehensive travel-intent and data platform. As part of the acquisition, RateGain will gain access to Adara’s entire suite of predictive technologies, which allow it to identify customer trends, analyze travel patterns, and predict user behavior. RateGain will be able to use Adara's skills in data science and predictive technologies to grow its share of the travel technology market.
Adara uses artificial intelligence to combine global data consortiums with over 24 billion data elements across 130 countries to power digital marketing, programmatic advertising, campaign measurement, and customer relationship management and retention. RateGain will be able to improve its services and solutions with the help of this purchase.
