"As a systems integrator and business partner, the M-Files SaaS business model has had a transformative impact on our business,” said Brad Nickle, CEO of Strickland Solutions, an M-Files Premier partner based in Fort Worth, TX. "We've calculated that M-Files SaaS license sales has a strong multiplier effect for our service revenue. Using our customer success model, each dollar a customer spends on M-Files SaaS licensing generates on average $3 in services over the lifetime of the customer."

The M-Files partner program works with technology and solution developers, systems integrators, and value-added resellers to help companies improve how they do business in the global, work-from-anywhere world. The program provides partners with dynamic, revenue-driving opportunities that align with organizations’ business strategies. Over the last year, M-Files achieved more than 90% gross revenue retention across channel customers and a 70% increase in new customer deployments in the cloud. Over the past six months, the number of M-Files certified delivery partners increased by 66%, the number of certified solution engineers increased by 60%, and the number of certified developers increased by 59%.

This year the company also introduced a new Certified Trainer accreditation and new partner training workshops focused on technical delivery and project delivery best practices utilizing the M-Files metadata-driven document management platform. Additionally, M-Files launched a channel customer success program to enable partners to develop their own customer success strategies to sustain and increase their M-Files related ARR.

"At M-Files, our goal is to empower our channel partners with the resources they need to grow their businesses and make a profound impact on the value they bring to their customers,” said Bob Pritchard, chief revenue officer, M-Files. “In 2022, we have continued to enrich communications with partners around the globe with the creation of a dedicated channel marketing team and robust new partner training. The new webinar series offers another best-in-class resource that will not only heighten partner and customer confidence in M-Files solutions, but also drive successful outcomes.”

Topics included in the new webinar series will cover everything from product updates, technical training, tips for lead generation and optimizing SEO, and partner solution showcases. Partners can expect to learn more about M-Files collaboration and workflow automation, user management on the new M-Files cloud, and integrations with Microsoft Teams 2.0 and Outlook. Upcoming webinars in October include “The Secrets to Seamless Connection & Content Collaboration,” on October 20 and “M-Files Partner Branding Kit & Channel Marketing Resources,” on October 25. M-Files will soon announce details about the 2023 Global Partner Conference to take place in the Spring of 2023.
