OmnicomMediaGrop, provides services to more than 5,000 clients over more than 100 countries, and owns 1 data and analytics company, Annalect, several media specialist companies, digital trading platforms such as Accuen and Novus, 1 direct response agency called Pathway and 2 media and communications agencies which are OMD Worldwide and PHD Network (See figure 1 for a clear understanding of the organizational structure).
